Where are you located? Do you have a Store?

We are located in Central Qld in a small town called Biloela. I do have 3 stockist in town and also run my business out of my home but you can arrange an appointment.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Australia Wide!! International Shipping available but please contact me first to check the cost of shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Current turn around is between 5-10 business days (not including weekends).

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are sent processed through Australia Post.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Please email me at smileywillowdesigns@hotmail.com and I will give you all the details in regards to returns.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns can be processed upto 14 days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Sorry once your order has been placed and is being processed I am unable to alter or exchange an order unless you have contacted me prior. Custom orders are unable to be changed once started.
